Susann McKinley

Operations Manager

Susann McKinley is the Operations Manager at Hightower Buffalo. She brings 25 years of banking and investment industry experience to the team. Susann focuses on daily administrative tasks and maintaining the team’s overall operations.

Prior to Hightower, Susann served as the Office Manager for National Wealth Management, LLC at Wells Fargo Advisors. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from SUNY Fredonia.

Susann is a member of Sweet Adeline’s International and sings with an award-winning chorus and quartet based in Toronto. She lives in East Amherst with her husband, David, and their two children.
