Susann McKinley

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Susann McKinley serves as Operations Manager at Hightower Buffalo and brings more than 30 years of experience supporting financial advisors and delivering a high level of client service.

Sue oversees the day-to-day operational functions of the practice and plays a central role in ensuring that client service, account administration, and internal processes run smoothly. Her depth of experience and attention to detail help ensure clients receive timely and thoughtful support across every aspect of their relationship with the practice.

Sue holds a degree in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia and has spent over three decades sharing her voice with Sweet Adelines International. When she isn’t competing with her Toronto-based chorus and quartet, she can be found in East Amherst with her husband, David. Above all, Sue treasures traveling and spending quality time with her two grown children.
